From the very beginning, he’s been a hands-on leader—never afraid to get his boots dirty and work side by side with his crew. Strong in his Christian faith, Charles leads with integrity, humility, and heart, shaping T-N-T into a company that serves both its customers and community with those same values. What began as one man’s dream has grown into a trusted business built on hard work, faith, and the belief that strong foundations—both in the ground and in life—are built to last.
Adam Ragland Director of Sales & Operations
As T-N-T's Director of Sales & Operations, Adam Ragland brings more than two decades of experience and a heart for people to the team. Having owned a business of his own in the construction industry, Adam truly knows the ins and outs of what it takes to succeed, but more importantly he knows that clients are the reason behind everything we do. Adam is passionate about building strong relationships, leading with integrity, and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. His combination of professional expertise and personal faith keeps him grounded in what matters most: serving customers with honesty, dependability, and care.
